Our client have around 100 people and an annual turnover of £7m. They are both Legal 500 and Chambers recommended across many disciplines and on top of a competitive salary they have a bonus scheme that pays between 10% and 20% of fees recovered over 3 times your salary.
While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.
They now wish to add to their already successful Disputes Team with the appointment of a Solicitor. Ideally you should be confident in delivering a good service within a very fast-paced team and hit the ground running to take on a wide variety of civil and commercial disputes including but not limited to
- Business disputes (Including shareholder, partnership, director disputes)
- Debt recovery, statutory demands and contractual disputes
- Intellectual property disputes (Copyright, Trade Marks, Passing Off, Patents, and Confidential Information)
- Business Sale Disputes and Warranty Claims
- Retention of Title
- Disputes with customers
- Insurance matters
- Public Procurement Disputes
- Franchise disputes advice for franchisees
- Franchise dispute advice for franchisors
- Regulatory Work for Doctors
